What can I do if an item I want is out of stock?

If an item you want is out of stock, we are sorry, but it is very unlikely that we will be getting anymore. If we get a return, the inventory will be updated to show the available stock.

If a product is labeled as coming soon, the product is in transit to our warehouse and will be available once it is checked in.

Where is my order confirmation email?

All orders are passed through fraud and ID security checks after the order is placed. In some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for an order confirmation e-mail to arrive. Typically, the e-mail will be received within 1 hour of placing the order.

If you have not received a confirmation email 24 hours after you placed your order please contact us.

When will my order arrive?

This depends on your shipping method and location. Generally, overnight shipping will deliver in 1-3 business days, including processing time. Ground orders will generally deliver in 3-7 business days, including processing time. More remote locations can take longer and winter weather can create additional delays. All orders typically ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

On rare occasions, orders may ship from separate locations and at different times. If this occurs you will receive a confirmation email for each separate delivery.
